Luxury Apartments Brooklyn
The 3x Luxury Apartments of Brooklyn Views are located on a corner stand in Tshwane, in a well established neighbourhood close to the university.
The development was aimed at young, professional, first time buyers.
The 220m² units are quite spacious for group housing.
This includes an open plan living area with gas fireplace, guest toilet, main en-suite bedroom with separate dressing room and covered balcony.
Two queen sized guest bedrooms and a study nook are accommodated off the hallway.
The dwellings were designed as efficient compact squares and this cubistic approach was further refined with the rectangular extrusion of balconies and the provision of recessed patios.
Chimneys are treated as strong vertical features, providing some dimensional lift to the development.
Roof gardens acts as focal points and to soften neighbouring walls where the units are in close proximity of each other.
